Are there any hidden fees?

No. As a contractor firm, Avangard charges zero real estate brokerage commission. The only additional fees are attorney fees and title insurance — both fully disclosed upfront.

What is the minimum investment?

Entry-level properties in our portfolio start from approximately $60,000 USD. We also have properties available at higher price points with proportionally higher yields.

Do I need to travel to the US?

No. The entire purchase process can be completed remotely. We support online document submission, notary coordination, and power of attorney arrangements.

When do I start receiving rent?

Typically within 30–60 days of closing. We begin tenant placement immediately after title transfer and rent flows to your account once the tenant moves in.

How is rent sent to me internationally?
